New Baby Hank

This photo shoot was a special one for me, as I was meeting my nephew, Edward Henry Hyman, for the very first time!  My brother and his wife live outside of Charlottesville, and Finn and I took a road trip to meet the new little man.  He is a perfect little being, and his parents are completely head over heels in love.  I am so happy for my brother, and I can't wait to watch this little guy grow!  

The Hunter Family

On a gorgeous June Sunday, I traveled to Wake Forest and had the pleasure of meeting and photographing the Hunter family just in time for a Father's Day surprise for Dad.  The children were so much fun to work with; they were polite, happy- just a pure delight.  What I was most impressed with was how the older siblings looked after their baby brother during the entire shoot!  Mom was so down to earth and just fantastic to be around and work with the entire morning.  I loved spending time with all of them!  Happy Father's Day!

Baby Daniela

What a joy to be a small part of this little one's first few days of life!  Miss Daniela has arrived, and she is lovely... Her little features speak for themselves, and her family is head over heels... I was fortunate to photograph her beautiful mama while pregnant with this sweet baby, and I was thrilled to meet Daniela and capture just a few moments of her infancy.  Big brother Oliver is in love, and I even caught "Annie", Kary's mom, at the house.  Three generations of love in one room... it was a special session for me.

The Shiley family traveled from Holly Springs to have their photos taken at the beautiful Oak View Park.  The boys were such good big brothers to their little sister, and Mom and Dad showered the kids with love during the entire shoot.  My favorite part about working with this awesome family was their desire to have fun!  They ran and played and laughed and wanted it all captured by the camera. Loved it!
